I lost my expensive umbrella that my wife purchased for this trip to Japan. I left it on the bus while visiting a shrine in Kyoto. One of the front desk staff called TAKAHASHI helped me call the bus station lost and found and the umbrella was at one of stations. I picked it up and my wife was so happy.
