Such a nice and convenient location. Only five minutes walk from the Kyoto station. Easily accessible for bus services. Staff is super friendly. I loved their amenity bar. They also offer ice creams, and drinks for snack. Also, got my kids involved in some kid activities that they had inside the hotel. All in all great property I would definitely go there again. Highly recommend recommended.

Great location and excellent staff! They offer daily activities for kids and provide complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks every day. There’s even a free “make-your-own ice cream sundae” station daily, which my kids loved. They also have a thoughtful complimentary amenity station where you can grab anything you might’ve forgotten—like shaving cream, shower caps, ponytail holders, toothbrushes, face masks, and more. The only downside, and this may vary by personal preference, is the breakfast. It’s mostly Japanese-style, with few options for American-style kids’ tastes. My kids didn’t really eat, but my husband absolutely loved it. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for families, and we really enjoyed our stay.
