Extremely kind staff at front desk and restaurant. Breakfast is a major to do, staffed well, stocked well with Japanese and Western eats. Sooooo good! Coin operated laundey is convenient (doesn’t dry well, though). Rooms are well appointed and spacious. What is not to love? Oh, no gym, but why? The area is great for walking and running.

I arrived early by train and was allowed early check in and was upgraded! There are free sweets in the afternoon and free sake and beer in the evening. Breakfast buffet was the best I've experienced in my 3 week trip in Japan. Enjoyed the free movies and my large modern comfortable room and excellent location near the station.

Love all the amenities here. The breakfast, tea time, happy hour service is a nice touch. Washer dryers are available on two floors. Staff is always polite even in the face of excitable guests. Location near the train station is ideal.
