Great Location and Nice Rooms

The buffet had a large variety and leaned heavier on the Japanese food items. The staff was accommodating and the hotel had several entrances and exits depending on where you wanted to explore in Kyoto. The cons would be that it was always very crowded (lobby, breakfast are etc) and pricey for the worn and dated decor.

Great stay! Very modern, clean, plenty of in-room amenities, and really helpful staff. The location was also unbeatable, right inside Kyoto station. The executive lounge is one of the best we’ve stayed at, they offer cocktails (on top of self serve options) and all the food, coffee/matcha, other drinks, and desserts were very good. The breakfast buffet at Le Temps had great western and Japanese offering. The only con is they have really small pillows

Hotel was centrally located to public transportation, rooms were clean and well-appointed, staff was guest-oriented, and there was lots of shopping and food choices within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

At the train station which was convenient. Smoking room was the only one available and the smell was very strong for a non-smoker. Room was also a little out-dated.

Room, staff, and restaurants were great. Bathroom is now outdated. Remove tub, install shower. Bathroom needs better lighting. Difficult to shave due to lighting.
