Room was on 2nd floor on top of open trash containers and next to freeway. Outdated, poorly lit. Called front desk to change it and was told it was fully booked. Skeptical, asked another agent in the morning and she told me it was only at 85% capacity, so it was a lie. Won't be back.

Overall our stay was great, the room was a little dirty, such as stains on the carpet, the air conditioning unit was very loud. Those are the only complaints. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a good variety of options.
