I stay at this hotel a lot. I asked for a noon check out which they granted I called first thing in the morning. I fly down from a different state monthly to see a doctor. About 5:30 in the morning and I called to have him check out what she said yes, she’ll write it down in the final. I had a go to the doctor for a medical treatment and wanted to take a shower after the medical treatment. While I was in the shower, the man from the front desk comes into my room while I was in the shower was very disturbing indicated nothing was written down in the file which I clearly called . Please make sure that this is addressed to the staff

Good place to stay
The check in process was quick and easy. The room was fairly clean, although the bathroom floor near the sink was sticky. No one was at the front desk when I was leaving and I didn't want to wait for someone to show up. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Really nothing substantive to report….hotel was nice and as expected….only issue (and it’s a minor one) was that complementary coffee in the lobby was full of coffee grounds like they forgot to use a filter.

The room was not very clean. The refrigerator was dirty inside. There was grape juice or something purple all over the inside. The microwave was dirty and greasy on the outside. The handles on the kitchen cabinets were dirty. The outside of the cabinets were dirty as well. The walls are very thin and you can here people coming and going all the time. Very hard to sleep in.

The room and amenities were perfect for our needs. The hotel boasted breakfast in bed, but there was definitely no breakfast of any kind! Christian at the front desk was very helpful.

We had never heard of the MyPlace hotel brand, but were very pleased. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and hotel pretty quiet. Conveniently located, safe parking lot, friendly staff. Full sized refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), microwave, 2 burner cooktop, and sink.
