We've been staying here for years and this time it is obvious there has been no investment. Staff was working as hard as they could but over the Labor Day weekend it was clear, one person for check in with a full hotel was rediculous. Poor staff. Hotel needs updating. Elevator was broken and rooms were not well cleaned with old furniture and bedding. Won't stay there again.

We had to change rooms because the freeway noise was too loud but there was no problem to do so. Everybody was so friendly. We thought it was great!! Definitely would stay again.

We stayed here for my wife's birthday. First, I'll say 95% of our stay here was absolutely fantastic. Potentially one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Unfortunately, we did encounter a few negatives as far as staff not ideally super friendly nor knowledgeable. But that's really not an incredible deal. I will say probably the biggest negative is the hot tub and pool area. A bunch of unsupervised kids running around splashing without adult supervision. One thing that we thought was actually kind of cool though. The lady that checked me and my wife in asked why we were staying there and we said her birthday. She's in us later that night and asked if we were having a great time. Stuff like that really does go a long way and can make a decent experience. A really good one. I would recommend probably most people to stay here. It's a hotel. Could fix just the pool issue and then the staff friendliness issue. This should probably be 100%.
