Everything is good, but they are start to charge HkD 150 per luggage per day if it keep in the hotel, which is very expensive. we are always use the this hotel as a hub, keep the big luggage in Hong Kong, then travel from HONGKONG to other china spots and Asia countries. May be we have to consider use other hotel, which don’t levy this charges.

Room had lot of space, even batter is facing pearls harbour, we can see part of it , shower going slowly but we managed get it work out , little dusty on some top of the shelf , over all is good , this is my second stay with this hotel and I will come again .

Will definitely book here again. Clean and spacious. Staff are polite and courteous. Towels are changed daily. Coffee and tea are provided. Our rooms are cleaned daily. Provided flat iron and ironing board upon request. Happy with our stay with them.

My room on the 27th floor was more like a large one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. The room had a quaint, pleasant, old world feel about it. There are many restaurants and other facilities around the hotel.The concierge was very helpful.

Great room for a great price. Location was good, just west of central. Ding ding tram station right out front. Maybe 10 min walk to MRT. Great dining options around hotel. Very safe neighborhood.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. I liked the proximity to local restaurants, bakeries, and transportation (subway is only a few blocks away). The room was a bit cold though. I don't know if they have any heating, the AC was stuck.

The quality of the room reflected the price paid, which was relatively low. The room was quite old and the single beds had mattress toppers that moved around when you slept. But there was a kettle with tea and coffee and the room was spacious by hk standards, so I was happy with my stay. Could hear a lot of noise from other guests in the hallway.

This hotel is so dated back to the 1980's. It is unrenovated and the furnitures are so beated up. The room is fairly large BUT there massive furnitures inside. The free standing closed takes up a huge amount of bedroom space and so over powering. If you can afford a bit more money stay away from this hotel. I will originally given a non smoking room but it reaks of smoke. The carpet is so dirty and worn out. I did not enjoy my 3 days stay. Will never again book this hotel.

The hotel price is quite reasonable. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is old but not unattractive. The staff are polite and friendly. Facilities need to be purchased. It’s far from the MTR, but there are plenty of buses around the hotel, and you can take the A10 bus directly from the airport to the hotel.
