Multiple mishaps, got in late, the keycard machine was not functioning so had to be let in to room, the room was ok but there was no toilet paper, tissues, no hand soap, no cups and no garbage can in the bathroom so at 130am we had to go back to desk to get toilet paper and hand soap. We asked on 2 different occasions to have housekeeping come to the room they never came the whole time we were there 5 days. We had to ask for garbage bags so we could get rid of some of the garbage we had accumulated. We never got new towels during our stay. The heater when it came on we would boil and it was set at 61. The only good thing was the hotel was conveniently located for our stay. It had snowed it would have been nice for the snowblower to come out and open some parking area, I know there was one cause they did the sidewalks. We were not thrilled with our stay for a Marriott far below the Marriott standards, there are a bunch of hotels to pick from on that strip by the airport.
