Staff was good. Overall condition of the hotel was poorly taken care of. Ceiling tiles in hallway missing, walpaper peeling, generally dirty and tired look of hotel. Hotel is outdated and dingy.

There were black hairs on the bed when I pulled the covers back to crawl in bed. I work hard for my money to pay for a hotel stay and all I want is a clean bed. No black hairs in it.

The only redeeming thing about this hotel is the airport shuttle but since it picks up at all the hotels by the airport, it doesn’t even count. The toilet was falling off the wall and when you sat on it, it fell down. They had placed a piece of pipe under it to keep it from falling all the way to the floor. It made the most horrific noise when it dropped. The phone was dead, the air conditioner didn’t work, there were no cups or anything to drink out of, no coffee pot, there was nothing! The bed was lumpy and the pillows were half pillows. I’ve never seen anything like it and don’t care to ever again. Too bad I can’t upload photos of the toilet situation. You wouldn’t believe it. The hotel is a disgrace!

The room was filthy. There was stains on the walls and lamps and the chair was so dirty with reddish brown stains. I left as soon as we check in. They refused a refund. The shower was so sick we would even bath a pig in it.

The property is in poor condition, the furniture is old, the floor is the same, and the breakfast is very poor. I would never come back to this hotel. It does not look anything like the photos at all.
