Check-in time can be as early as 4:00 pm. We can usually have you in earlier. It depends on the previous guest check out time. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 9:00 pm.

Private parking for a minimum of 2 cars and/or large truck with a trailer. We can accommodate an RV.

Please, no parties or groups other than business or family related to the renters. Keep gatherings small, family, and friend-oriented only. Please be respectful of our neighbors and we ask for quiet time after 9:30 pm. The neighbors work early in the morning, so we want to respect their space. We are proud to serve our customers the best we can and we expect the best from our customers.

Please Note:
This is a two-story home as well as three (3) elevated steps to the entry. The whole of the downstairs is one level and should accommodate most ADA needs.

There are five (5) outside cameras that record 24/7. We will point them out to you on the arrival phone walk through.

Conveniently located off three major freeways, you can take a leisurely drive to one of three national parks 1.5 hrs away, or a short 30-minute drive to Millerton Lake, Shaver Lake, Bass Lake, Pine Flat Dam, or China Peak Ski Resort.
