It was a bit too far from downtown, and the rifht in front of a KFC and Doughnuts. Didnt feel very historic ou european.

This was a great hotel. A little far from city center but the train is a 2 min walk right out the door. Enjoyed my stay here. The staff was great and friendly. Would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was good too.

A delightful and wonderfully priced stay, especially when splitting with friends. The rooms are a lovely size and seem to have enough soundproofing that we didn't hear other rooms at any point in our 6 stay even when the place was fully booked. Didn't get round to trying out the fitness or pool facilities because the tram stop is so close you can swiftly end up in the centre of town.

This was our 3rd visit in 3 years, staff are fantastic, they are professional, helpful and extremely friendly. Great location and we will definitely be back again!. The pool is fantastic, the only suggestion that I have for the pool is a non slip flooring type mat around the pool as it gets very slippery when walking around the pool side. My autistic 7 year old son loves staying here and can’t wait to come back, Vittoria has made us feel valued and welcome over the last 3 years, I feel she is a true inspiration and valuable member of your team.
