The room was very clean, and the staff were generally very helpful. Only one small point to mention we had a vehicle which was too tall for the parking provided by the company you had an understanding with. The staff were unable to find us suitable parking in the end my wife had to spend an hour or so researching. FYI the parking at Connell (hope i recalled this correctly) street train station is the closest and was quite cheap.
