The room was spotless. We stayed in an accessible room and there was an unbelievable amount of space. Bathroom easy to access. I loved the outlets at pillow level so I could easy access them. Smiley poilte welcoming staff. Corridors easy to use to. Exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is clean and accommodating. The rooms are average, but clean. The beds are extremely hard and they dont offer any mattress pads to soften them. There is no washcloths in room and no soap in kitchen.

The room was ok. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete block it was so hard, as were the pillows. Bathroom was very small. The location was ok - quite central to shops and dining

Staff are helpful, accommodating, professional, and friendly. We requested a room with street view. This is our 3rd stay in this aparthotel and we pick it for its central location and dining options. Room is basic and clean. No daily room service, but you can ask front desk for coffee, tea, etc as needed. We will be return.
