Staff at the reception area could have been a bit friendlier.
Outstanding staff and service! The hotel was clean and food was good. Friday and Saturday nights the restaurant turns into a club so be aware it’s bumpin till around midnight. Aside from that it was a pleasure staying there.
Nice property, great location and nice rooms. Poor food, poor service and heater controls were not working well (shifted off frequently and apparently on a timer, so the heat shut off at night. Had to call down to have them turn the heater on.)
Great location staff were very nice . room had not enough lighting very poor in bathroom and no drawers for putting your clothes away . We were staying 5 days my daughter aweek . My brother came to the hotel to see me and he was told i was not there he asked for both my self snd my daughter who were staying there also It was a disappointment. Because we hadn't seen each other in 3 years
Fabulous hotel in the heart of town. Every aspect was great.
The hotel has a location that makes many preferred tourist sites easily walkable. It is a luxury hotel and it feels like it. Staff members were very helpful. Dislikes: The bathroom in our room with a king bed was maybe six feet square. The bar at night is lit like a surgical room. Housekeeping has to be specifically requested in order to get your room cleaned and restocked.
Really great location at the heart of the fun part of Dublin, nice rooms, and very clean. Would definitely recommend.
Nice location, staff great, rooms tidy
Good location
Fantastic service!
Staff are friendly and helpful. But the maintenance and management might need to improve. There is no hook or hanger in the bathroom to hang anything while there is plenty of surface space on the walls.
ABSOLUTELY SUPERB, impeccable customer service, OUTSTANDING amenities, and PERFECT location, we WERE AMAZED and GREATLY ENJOYED our stay!!
Great hotel located in the lively Temple Bar area. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was well appointed and very quiet given the location. If you are looking for a place in the heart of the action, this is for you.
Staff was very friendly and efficient. The location is perfect, had a great stay with them
The staff were unbelievable. Drawn from a wide range of countries, they were all professional and extremely helpful - and fun !

Dear Ketsara,Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. I apologise on behalf of the team as it seems that you did not receive our usual 4 star standard service. I have spoken about this to the Front Office Manager and I hope that this encounter does not effect your future stays. We hope to welcome you back again in the future.Kind regardsHannahGuest Relations Manager
