Room was adequate but very hot. No air conditioning

From Mark the Night auditor to Georgian in the morning to the bar tender and house maid, they were all great. The workout room was good enough. The Location was good enough. The Breakfast was good enough. The people were The Best!! And that makes all the difference. Very helpful, accommodating and they even printed off short documents needed for meetings for free.

Nice time.in Dublin. Good brealfast. Friendly staff.

Cassidy Hotel very accommodating. We arrived early and they provided a room so we could rest up from our trip. Rooms were good size and clean. Staff very friendly. Hope to return some day.

The hotel is very well located and the staff of check in was very nice! But it was a very cold night and the heating wasn't working! Called reception and they said that it keep turning on every hour which was a lie! Didn't work at all!! The room was freezing and no spare blankets available,a shame! won't go back and don't recommend specially in the winter in Dublin without heating are you joking?

The hotel is conveniently located to several areas. Local bus stop just out front & the hop on hop off tours have a stop that is only a block away. This hotel is on the other side of the river so if temple bar area is where you want to be it's a short car ride away. There are many restaurants and of course bars all within walking distance. The hotel is pretty quiet even though it is in the city.

This is a good hotel to stay. Centrally located. Choose an interior room where there is no noise in the night. The rooms on the street can be noisy. Not to blame the hotel. The hotel staff and reception are great. Paul at the reception is very helpful and attentive in the night to all requests. The wifi can get really bad in the interior rooms but its a compromise that we were ok with. Overall, its a good value for the money.

the hotel is close to the Hop on bus and Parnell street, and walking distance to museums, temple bar etc. the room was quiet and in a new wing of the hotel. there is an elevator, but a rather long complicated walk to reach this new wing. the internet only worked slowly in the hallway in this new wing. the surrounding area is very crowded with people shopping, eating etc on the street, but all of Dublin seemed to be crowded.

Great stay, older hotel so dont expect the world. Great location and great price

Right on the main street in Dublin, across from the Gate Theatre, so not the noisy Temple Bar area. We had a room in the executive wing, so more modern amenities, but a long walk from the hotel entrance. Didn't eat in the restaurant or bar, since there were so many other choices just down the street (especially Murray's). Would stay again.

We are from the US & this was our first time in Ireland. We were staying a couple hours from Dublin but wanted to take a bus tour from Dublin to Giant's Causeway the next morning. We got 2 rooms here to stay overnight...1 for 2 people & 1 for 3 people. The rooms were great! Clean & very comfortable!! We had a few questions for the hotel staff & they were so wonderful!! Very friendly & willing to help!! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!

The location is perfect--not a far walk from the city Spire. The staff is very helpful. They would call a place whenever I had a question and answer all of our questions. The price is reasonable, and I would stay here again.

I had such a wonderful experience at Cassidy's Hotel before I even got there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Dublin or even for catching tours out of the city. The room was comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Dublin.

The staff were wonderful however the rooms need upgrades such as air conditioning, showers that work, new mattresses, walls painted, carpets washed, more than one towel each. I chose this hotel option as I was led to believe that breakfast was included however when we got there we were informed that breakfast would cost extra. This thru off our budget for the trip.

I had a good time. They were nice. It's pretty close to city center. Dublin was rainy though. Not the hotel's fault!

very centric hotel.the staff was very helpful and cordial.walking distance from stores, theathers and ,parks, museums and monuments.

I feel deceived by what was represented on the web site. Old, run down, shabby hotel. Too far out from the city center. I would never, ever stay here again. Low end!

Central location, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable hotel with staff who are very helpful, courteous and professional. Couldn't have been more pleased with this stay!

Great place to stay to see the sights in Dublin. Conveniently located. Beds are comfortable. Wireless works. Staff are very helpful.

Perfect location to visit the many Dublin attractions. Starting with our late arrival, the front desk went out of their way to make our visit enjoyable. They provided advice about local attractions and help arrange day tours for our family of four.
