Loved how walkable everything was from here. Staff were very helpful, and just around the corner from the best fish and chip shop. Couldn't fault it!

Very centrally location, and it felt safe to walk around. Convenient for Airlink transportation.

Excellent experience in all respects! Staff was very friendly, room and bed were comfortable, and the location is perfect.

Lovely view of ChristChurch the Liffey and he cityscape.

Good location Staff friendly Was not put into the type room we had reserved. Problems getting room changed. New room had a broken sink and a nasty smell

Nice hotel that is in a great location. We enjoyed our stay.

We selected this hotel since it was the starting point for our Ireland Hiking tour. It was a very nice hotel in a great location across from Christ Church Cathedral. The room was very comfortable and the extra cost breakfast was delicious. Air conditioning would be nice on a hot day, but the portable fan made it acceptable at night.

This hotel is particularly well located to quickly and easily get to most recognized sites in the city center of Dublin. All site seeing transportation seemed to pass directly in front of the hotel; very convenient for longer excursions away from the area. Was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the room was as long as the window, which faced out to the exterior of the hotel, was closed. It was very warm by Ireland standards for this time of year, so the window needed to be left open for evening cool down. The city is vibrant at night so there was a fair amount of noise until late. Not sure if the inward facing rooms had the same general issues. Would stay here again but might take seasonal temperature into consideration for final room selection. Also, the dining and bar was very nice.

Staff was excellent! Bathroom could have used a door you could leave open with better exhaust. Excellent location, near Trinity University, we were there for a graduation. Close to other attractions not the least of which is right across the street from Christchurch! Restaurants nearby, on bus route from airport.

This hotel was in a great location. Right across the street from Christ Church Cathedral, down the street from the Guinness tour, Temple Bar, Dublin Castle, restaurants, pubs, buses, etc etc

It was very nice . Great location and within walking distance to Dublin attractions. Great staff.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was small, but clean and the beds very comfortable. The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring the city on foot and directly across from Christchurch Cathedral. If you are not a fan of walking, everything was a short cab ride away also. We ate one night at the restaurant attached, nothing to write home about but decent food and friendly service. Con: no AC. It was quite hot and the windows in the room are open, but are latched so they can only be partially opened. There were directions (a little card) on how to use the AC in the room but it was not working. When I asked how to operate the AC they said that the building did not have AC to just use the windows. I found this quite odd. Why keep and/or put directions for the AC if they do not have it? Or did they simply not have it working at that time? Who knows. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and gave us maps and directions for getting around. A little pricey for the value, but comparable to other hotels in downtown Dublin.

Dublin is expensive, as is this hotel. However, it is a good location to serve as a base to see Dublin. I recommend researching a hotel near a hop on/hop off tourist bus stop as this one is. Time is of the essence when traveling, so, factor this in when you see the rates. This hotel's staff was courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. For lunch and dinner, prices were high - I'd grab lunch/dinner elsewhere unless you're dead-tired. When it's time to go, a taxi rank is conveniently just outside the front door as well.

It was the perfect location! I would book this again for location! We walked everywhere! Perfect spot for Dublin.

Our last 2 days spent in Ireland, we wanted a view of the fabulous church, what we got was a view of the holding bins in the inner courtyard and entrance to car park. I called the front desk, no answer. While they may be busy, someone could have answered and called us back. I went down stairs and spoke to the young man at the desk. The only option left was a double bed and a pull out couch. I was not going to sleep on a pull out bed. Nor was my traveling partner. The young man apologized, offered complimentary breakfast and a bottle of wine. No upgrade to an executive room. Plus there was a couple checking in, told they couldn't find their reservation for 3 nights and the gal magically found a room for them. Disappointed.

We found the hotel disappointing for the price. Great location but otherwise did not meet our family needs (2 adults and an 11 year old). It wasn't very comfortable or family oriented. The staff seemed junior and not very customer service oriented, very rigid and somewhat unfriendly. Breakfast at the hotel was good but our appetizers in the bar and then dinner in the restaurant was not. Limited amenities...there is no exercise room at the hotel and very limited common areas/lounge space except for the bar/restaurant. They wouldn't allow us bring in outside food to eat in the lobby/bar area since they serve food. Yet there was no other space available. They are located right next to an excellent take-out fish and chips place which we had to enjoy in our room. Just not a comfortable place to stay for a family that may need extra amenities/common areas or have the need to eat in when the kids are tired.

Great location. Easy walk to sights. Staff wonderful. Breakfast is really good and worth it. Hot foods and healthy foods.

Overall, we had a good experience. The breakfast buffet was decent. The room are okay, but nothing spectacular. For the price we paid, I expected them to be much nicer. That being said, the location is great. Right across the street from Christ Church Cathedral and within easy walking distance of the Guinness Storehouse, Trinity College and the Temple Bar area.
