Located in a convenient and decent area. Restaurant and bar on-site. Clean, good size rooms. Walls are thin. We had a connecting room (not by choice) and you could hear them talking, getting ready, etc. Having traveled by train, we arrived about 3 hours early. To our surprise, our room was ready however they wanted to charge us another €30 if we accessed it. So we just left our luggage at bag check. Not a policy that encourages repeat stays.

Great central location

Location

Central to shopping, dining and sites. Very friendly staff.

I think for the amount we were paying we expected a little more. The heater in our room was broken and we were on the ground floor so the windows would not open. Our room felt like a sauna. Also the pullout couch bed was extreamly uncomfortable. Great location but absolutly not worth it for the price.

Excellent location with easy access to the top sightseeing spots and restaurants but without the hustle and bustle.

Good location, walking distance to Temple Bar and the city center.

Location is great for tourists. Security is good. The bar and restaurant are comfortable with good service

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Check in/out was quick and easy. Staff arranged a taxi for transport back to the airport which was efficient. Convenient location close to bus stop and historical sites. Worked great for an overnight stay. Price was a bit high as the room was small, older, with no view. Water was warm but the pressure was lacking in the shower.

good location, close to city centre and temple bar area

Amazing location and quiet despite being super close to Temple Bar. Parking structure is small and isn't included in price.

Lied about parking! Ad lists 10 euro for parking. When giving them the parking ticket they said new owners of parking changed it to 20 euro. However fee signs in the parking lot has not changed. Maybe hotel lost their ability to give a discount. They stated 20 euro & in one place sign stated max charge per day was 20 euro (there was specification of an overnight charge of 10 euro but you couldn’t enter garage till 7 & must exit by 8:30am. Anyway, I checked into garage & hotel at 5:30 pm & checked out from both garage & hotel at 9:30am using special hotel marked parking ticket, (they punched a whole in it, & was hit by a 26 euro charge. This was even much higher than both the hotel stated 20 euro charge & parking lot sign of max charge of 20 euro, & I stated less than 24 hours. Parking garage is unmanned & uses pay machines. If you have a car, do not stay here!

Great location, friendly staff, good value for rooms

The park next to hotel was beautiful at sunset. Close to Temple Bar and Leo Burdock's Fish & Chips!

They had the first (and only!) soft bed during our trip to Ireland. Wonderful!
