We had an important package with medical equipment being delivered. It was in my husband’s name so I went to the front desk to let them know as my husband was not on the reservation as I had made all the arrangements. The package was coming the next day. The front desk said it would be fine. The package did not arrive when I checked, after some enquiry, the manager said she sent it back because my husband’s name was not in the reservation and she didn’t think it was for this hotel. Then she blamed me for not properly letting them know. Very disappointing. In addition, the units need a deep cleaning and the wool blankets at the end of the bed and on the couched need to be cleaned.

The apartment we stayed in was lovely and clean, bright and airy The location was great with easy access to St Stephen's Green We were able to walk to the AVIVA Stadium as it was only about 2kms and it wasn't raining! The only drawback, really, was the parking. That said, it was city centre Dublin so parking was always going to be an issue! The staff that we dealt with were friendly, polite and professional

Fabulous location. We enjoyed walking through St Stephen’s Square to access sites/shops. Apartment was clean and had all we needed. Staff were friendly. Was noisy during the night at times, due to bus stop being directly below our apartment.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with one of our lights and that was very quickly responded to and resolved. The location is great for walking to everywhere, and very close to the lovely St. Stephen’s Green.
