The House Boat: Mermaid is 54 feet long with a capacity of 12-15 people. There are two decks, the first one is a studio room with a dining area and a kitchen. Also, there is a private room for resting. Shower room and bathroom are separated. All rooms have a Conditioner. The second deck has 360 degrees panorama, where our guest can enjoy dinner and an unforgettable view of the night Dubai from the Dubai New Water Canal.

Also, there is a TV, Sound system, Karaoke, Internet connection.

The House-Boat was built in the 2014 year. On the yachts, there are life jackets for all the guests with different sizes. There is a flammable system everywhere. The location is Marasi Marina, Business Bay. This area beginning with New Water Canal in Dubai, which was inaugurated on 9 November 2016. It comprises one shopping center, four hotels, 450 restaurants, luxury housing, walkways, and cycle paths. From this place guests can enjoy the view of the famous building in the world - Burj Khalifa, sometime in the evening time it's possible to watch the amazing lazier show. This type of Yacht in comfortable to live and to get know with city Dubai a New side with bold architectural buildings and bridges and also, the side of The Old Dubai full of history and magic.
