first off the lobby stinks smells very bad and I got FOOD POISONING from the hotels breakfast and I was sick all day throwing up on Saturday wasted my whole Saturday on vacation because they had contaminated food and had poison me. I had the worst experience staying there. I’m very upset and they need to do a better job. They touch the food without wearing gloves people scratch their ass and pick their nose and touch the food. The facility was horrible. Overall, the facility did not feel like a luxury hotel experience at all. The service, cleanliness, and food safety all felt far below the standard you should expect at a five-star property. I left feeling upset, disappointed, and honestly shocked that a hotel of this reputation could deliver such a poor experience. I truly hope the management takes hygiene and food safety more seriously, because based on my stay, there is a lot that needs improvement. Stay somewhere else and save yourself!

Hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately I had a 3pm check in and wasn’t allowed to get into my room until almost 6pm. Kinda unfortunate when I paid $1000 for a night and couldn’t even enjoy the full time I had paid for. Would definitely stay again as it’s a staple in Dubai but I wish they would have my room ready when they said it was ready

This hotel is AMAZING!! But this is a oarty hotel and i could NIT get to sleep until 4 in the morning because of the loud music every night
