I’ve booked this hotel for two weeks, and I’m absolutely impressed by how beautifully designed and clean it is. The room is stunning, spotless, and very comfortable. The food is excellent, and all the staff—whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or with room service—are incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved this hotel!! It was super clean, and the staff were fantastic at making me feel welcomed and looked after. The only downside was the amount of construction happening in the area - this made it difficult to walk places that could have been walkable and also made it hard to access local public transport. Fortunately, the hotel had its own shuttle service into the Financial District and beach, which made life a lot easier. Loved the pool as well!

Upon arrival after a terrible taxi ride to the Aloft, i was informed that there is no availability and that I'm being transferred to another airport that is located closer to the airport. I then waited 30-45 minutes before the shuttle service could arrive to drive me there. Needless to say, horrible!
