Sanu (front desk) did an excellent job on relocating us to our upgraded room after our 2nd night of stay (out of 5).He was professional and attentive to our desire to avail a more comfortable room in your very desirable hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the staff was wonderful and helpful! It was our first time in Dubai and the location was perfect! It's right across the street from the Burj Khalifa with unique views of it from the rooftop pool, giving some of the best views of the city. It is also attached to Dubai Mall via above ground tunnel system which was amazing when the weather was so hot and convenient for getting around. We absolutely loved our stay here!
