I loved absolutely EVERYTHING. The staff is amazing and having a son with allergies, they helped us with all meals to every last detail. Cosimo the executive chef was amazing as was his entire team, Randy in housekeeping, all the restaurant and Reception staff. It was the best experience ever and we will be going back. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service is the best.

We stayed at Pullman because Ramada Inn Downtown Dubai cancelled our reservation (!) and that was the best thing that happened to us in Dubai. Pullman is a much better hotel, their staff is very helpful and accommodating, our room was spacious and clean, there are three great restaurants at the property, the breakfast buffet is awesome and the location is very convenient for transportation and downtown access. A taxi/Uber to Dubai Mall is $7-8 and takes about 10 min. There is a supermarket and pharmacy literally across the street if you need anything that hotel doesn’t have. Their prices are very reasonable for the level of comfort and service. I’d definitely stay at Pullman on the next trip to Dubai.

The location is great and for a good price given the area. Easy walk to Dubai mall, probably around 12-15 mins. Nearby restaurant Zawaya is delicious, a must try! The hotel itself was beautiful. Not a very high building but the rooms very super gorgeous and clean, the breakfast was nice although could be better.. the pool was fun with nice cocktails including happy hour. Overall would definitely recommend.

Great experience staying at this hotel! Just one situation regarding the restaurant on the main level believe it was called Couqley French Brasserie long story short went there my first night when I landed super exhausted, I wanted to grab a bite to eat! Hosts at the front said wee closing in 30 mins I said no worries! I ordered my food quickly and while I rushed getting my food I’m seeing groups of people walking in they didn’t seemed rushed. The hosts seemed highly annoyed even when i entered. The lady looked middle eastern. I went there again for drinks I had a great time, I face timed my family at home it was loud at the place but great vibes and the server was great and made me feel comfortable! I went back the night after and sitting the exact place, ordered the exact same thing and I had the same server! Again it was a loud night…I was on face time again with my family tell me how someone that worked there came up to me and told me to shush I’m being to loud? I was super confused cause I wasn’t loud and I was there the night before doing the exact same thing and no complaints?? Super strange, I didn’t go back to that restaurant never again! Gave me such weird uncomfortable vibes. Overall staff at the hotel nice! Would I go back to this hotel? Probably not that restaurant situation threw me off and that ruined it for me. Had to give 3/5 start for customer service! If it wasn’t for that restaurant, I would’ve perfect! He was Asian wearing a hat, black vest shirt!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Pullman. The area and value are great, super convenient, new hotel, very clean - but the best part was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The hotel’s bright colours and decor/design aren’t exactly to my taste, but that’s just personal preference.
