Great Hotel, amazing staff. valet parking was great. The rooms were really clean but the bathroom needs a make over. needs to change the old style bathtubs with half mirror glass. They say they are the tallest hotel in the world but have only 6 elevators. Expected to wait for over one hour during check-ins and check-outs.

The room’s furniture were very old and the amenities were so bad the technicians and room service are using the gusts elevators this makes you wait at least 15 to 30 min to get down or up
