I reached hotel around 2 am and the whole washroom was leaking just like it’s raining. And we are unable to use washroom till 3:30 am. My friend felt terrible coz she need to use the washroom pretty badly. And tv was not working. Internet was not evening up to the mark. YouTube was not even working smooth. We were unable to watch anything on it. Tv was not a smart tv and lagging badly

Love the place, ordered for the standard suite love it but there is no microwave in the kitchen plus the stove can’t be turned on “ mama you can’t cook” so why is there stove in the kitchen after all. The microwave part hits me soo hard couldn’t warm my food up plus the kitchen can’t help you warm up your food, I have to get new hot food whenever am hungry wasted money. Love the place but the can do better, if the kitchen is not available to make food or warm up the your food, this got me and the friends stressed out. Over all I will rate the place 7.5/10

Tallest building i Dubai, very reasonably priced the hotel staff were very welcoming and i felt very safe. It high quality finishings just a little worn now. Bed was very comfortable theshower hot no face cloth though. No bigget though. Sadly my flight was delayed so I didnt get to them until 1.00am and had to leave by 6.30 th get back to airport. I would stay again but hope for a room hiher up.

I stayed for 5 days and the experience was amazing. From valet FREE parking to easy access to public transportation. Staffing was great from arriving to the hotel to all amenities it has to offer. All other bad reviews of the elevators and everything else did not have no relevance to my stat. Everything was fine and up to par. The pool has one of the best views in the whole Dubai in general. I have recommended this to friends and family. Will definitely stay here again. Transportation is walkable as the train station is about a 3 min walk. Close to the museum as well. Amazing experience

Absolutely disgusting rooms. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, bath tub reeked like sewer. Only two elevators!! Air conditioning was on and off and vents were right on top of our faces. We had to sleep with the covers on our faces to prevent us from getting sick. We had the worst time here. Only two towels in the whole room. Hotel is in filthy conditions.
