No staff to rate. The room could have been cleaner. Appliances & mirrors full of streaks. Bedding had some weird brown stains, there wasn't any body wash as mentioned, just shampoo & conditioner, a few extra bath towels would have been nice. Great location. The sleep masks are very much needed, shades do not block the city light, so many thanks for those. And since asked, a small coffee table would be nice.

I booked the 1 bedroom for myself, mother, and son. The bed in the room was extremely low. When I pulled out the couch bed, the springs were broken and the frame was on a slant. I further examined the bed and there was dried up semen stains in the middle of it. I immediately called customer service to report my dissatisfaction. I spoke with Maria, who immediately changed our room and apologized for the issues. She stayed on the phone while I checked the new room. The new room was much better. However, there was a bunch of popcorn under the couch when I pulled the bed out. The iron board was missing and there were only 3 hangers. I also noticed that there was a lot of built up dust on top of the refrigerator. Overall, the room was much better than the first one. My recommendation would be to have more thorough cleaning services. I would also recommend better communication when it comes to extending stays. I had to extend my stay and was not informed that my access code would change. I was outside trying to get in when another guest had to let me in. Thankfully, my son was still in the room.

Kasa Cadillac was very nice. Our room was a fully furnished efficiency apartment complete with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy bed and a wall of windows to look at downtown Detroit. The building is smalish compared to the skyscrapers in the surrounding area. All amenities are in your room. Everything else is outside the hotel is within walking distance. A covered parking garage is very close and the Kasa guests get a nice discount to park there. While there is not an attended lobby, all communication is handled mostly by text which is very promptly answered. I would stay here again the next time i am in town.

Overall, the units we stayed in are extremely worn down. The pictures are deceiving. The carpets were destroyed, dirty floors, banged up walls and cabinetry. Uncomfortable beds, loud and poor curtains that don’t block out light. The unit has very minimal stuff in the kitchen. Everything is worn down and dirty. Would never stay here again. Faulty fire alarms also went off in the middle of the night waking us up.

The room was spotless, everything was in good condition. Rooming and comfortable. The wall of window and view was exceptional. The windows could have been cleaner but there was a blizzard going on during our stay. So hopefully that was the only reason for that. Location was perfect to enjoy the city. Parking was across the street in a parking garage with in/out availability. The communication was also great. We will definitely return the next time we are traveling to the city.

The apartment was very clean and very confortable. There was a noise (I think it was the heat system perhaps) that was a bit annoying from time to time but overall I had a wonderful stay and would go back without hesitation.
