Booked this hotel after changing to a next day flight due to a flight cancellation. Waited about 20 minutes for the hotel shuttle. Called the hotel and had to let them know I needed it. I thought it was continuously running. The hotel was fine, clean, good toiletries. The bed was bumpy but did the job. Nothing great but nothing horrible either. Good economy hotel when stuck overnight.

The main thing was the wonderful woman at the reception desk, who after I had a very long day of airport delays was clear, friendly, very helpful, and made me feel welcome. This was the night of Sunday, May 4th, around 11pm. She was excellent.

Hotel is fantastic. As good as the ones in Briarwood. I just wish it were closer to Michigan, but it’s an easy drive. About 25 to 30 minutes. Breakfast is great and love that there’s a Starbucks across.
