Horrible booked a king and got two full beds. Service was horrible, bathroom is moldy. Showed them that I booked a king room and she said that I booked through a third party like Expedia so that’s what I get.

The night time desk rep. was very helpful in helping me find the of site airport parking lot I was looking for. I wanted to do a practice run before having to go there in the morning. She went out of her way to describe the best way to get there and she even programmed it into my cell phone to help me. Without her help, I would have been lost.

Wait to check in was long When we turned water on n shower it made horrible sound and black water came out. Even though they advertise free shuttle to airport, no one answers when u call for return to hotel to get your car. Another service took us to the hotel. Also they charged additional $50 for our car to be there since it was longer than 2 days!!!!!

The room was fine. The beds met our expectations. The breakfast buffet was adequate with choices of waffles, scrambled eggs, and a breakfast meat, as well as yogurt and bread choices. Only 1 choice of fresh fruit. We had difficulty with the keys as they had to be re-keyed twice. The sidewalks and back entrance were not clear of snow and ice making it difficult to get in and out of the building
