Acess to the room was odd. Had to go up steps that were on other side of building. The covers had holes in them. The hand towels had stains on them. No toilet paper on the roll. Remote was broken but still functional. The bed gave me heebeegeebee's, but i eventually slept for 3-4hrs before deciding to stay awake. No complimentary breakfast either

When I got my room, it was to be a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes. I purchased an air freshener to help with the smell. No towels, no toilet paper, no tissue paper, only two pillows for two adults. I went to the front desk to request the items. I was told to return at 6pm management control the items in question. I returned at 6pm, I requested that management bring two more pillows, for two adults. And towels and tissue paper. The shower head was leaking, splashing water outside the shower stall, crazy!!!! People were outside the front door of the room next door smoking sitting on a chair, provided by the hotel and a commercial ash tray to dispose of ashes and cigarette butts. This was to be a non-smoking area. Supposedly My room was a non-smoking room. Terrible smell, welcome experience, unsatisfying !!!!! Plus the next day my room was not serviced, I had to return to the front desk and have management check with her house keeping and replacing my used towels and empty tissue box. I would rate this hotel a zero 00000 !!!!!

This hotel advertises breakfast all over the place.... The website, their lobby, the key card jacket. There is no breakfast whatsoever. There is coffee and juice in the lobby, but that is literally it.

I was expecting more with the Wyndham name. The walls n bathroom are filthy, pubic hair in shower, hair in bathroom sink. Curtains have holes in them tears in bed spread. The pool is closed. Trash all over the grounds. I’ll never stay again.

The air conditioning barely worked at all, water poured from where the shower wall met the ceiling and soaked everything, the TV BARELY worked, cigarette burn holes in the blankets, and at one point we left for food and while we were eating a literal roach crawled onto the table, I found another in the bed a while later. We finally decided to cut our losses and leave

Check in took long, no one at desk for 15 minutes Room was kinda old/run down, but at least the a/c worked. Found multiple roaches in room however, super not pleased about it and completely ruined my mood. I understand it’s a budget hotel but come on.

Cheap but not worth it unless you’re desperate

Room was filthy, duvet had holes and stains all of the way into the sheets. Hardwood floor hadn’t been swept in weeks it seemed.
