Staff was great! We were not made aware the hotel was under construction. The elevator stopped multiple times, gym equipment not in working order. The breakfast was great though and staff was certainly amazing.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away. The hallway smelled bad as well, which made it clear this wasn’t just a one-off room issue. The bathroom was in very poor condition — cracked and broken tile, darkened grout, and visible mold/mildew around the tile and fixtures. It felt unsanitary and clearly the result of long-term neglect, not a simple cleaning issue. The room overall felt dated, poorly maintained, and damp, especially around the bathroom area. This is not what I expect from a Best Western, even at a lower price point. We documented the issues, but the condition alone was enough to make us uncomfortable staying here. I would not recommend this location unless serious maintenance and cleanliness issues are addressed.
