Room was warm when I arrived. Food was good. Everything looked clean. The furnace was loud and I didn't notice it until I was in bed sleeping - it woke me up a few times in the middle of the night. Next time would pay attention to that.

Room was clean, bed was too soft for my taste. We had two rooms, and in one room only cold air was blowing in spite of the setting to hot. Shower water was not coming out strong enough. Also not in love with the Dove brand they are using for showers and sink. Location is great
