Perfect location for catching a game at Wrigley Field. Walking distance to the field and in the middle of all the action. When you are done with the action and want to rest, the room was nice and quiet. I would have preferred coffee in the room for the morning, but there was a nice self serving coffee bar in the lobby.

Apparently we had access to amenities that we never knew about because it wasn't relayed to us. We had no idea how or when we could access the roof space. We only had 2 towels in our room. Normally that would have been fine but when the shower runs all over the floor, we had to use our towels to clean it up and had no access to more towels. Our door didn't easily open or shut. We had to put weight into it to get into the room or to get it to latch. The 4 bottles of water and 2 comped drinks daily were a nice surprise. There was no info on parking so we kind of had to figure it out ourselves. The location was amazing! No info in our room about the space or amenities. No ice scoop in the ice machine in the lobby.
