This property was not upkept. The worst part was that we realized we were provided a room that did not lock. One night when we arrived we leaned on the door as our hands were full to get the card key out and the door swung open. We thought to ourselves did we not close the door? So we closed it shut and pushed the door open again and the door opened with no key necessary. We spoke to the manager who stated they apologized for the inconvenience that there was nothing they could do but watch through the camera to make sure no one walked in on us at night. We asked for a different room and they said they could not provide one. The next day they attempted to fix the door but failed and now the door could only be opened with a manager key. The manager apologized and stated our stay would not be charged due to inconvenience and provided us a discharge invoice with a $0 charge as we had been staying and leaving our belongings in an unsecured room. After a week I noticed orbtiz never made a refund of my stay so I reached out and orbtiz reached out to the hotel which they stated that they never offer refunds per their hotel policy has a no refund policy. So not only does the hotel offer unsafe service they are deceitful when trying to resolve issues with their customers. I would not recommend service with this hotel.
