The kitchen was great and well equipped, and we were able to prepare and serve early Thanksgiving dinner for 6. We appreciated the little touches like fall decor and place settings. The garage space was a nice extra beyond what is usually included. Walking to restaurants and a coffee shop were easy from this location.The neighborhood was quiet. This is an older building, but it has been completely and extensively remodeled and appears as if it was new construction. The fact that there is an espresso coffee maker (as well as a drip coffee maker) was really nice, and when we ran out of espresso beans, the host arranged for more to be delivered the next day.

The only issue which I noted is the fact that there were not enough towels and face cloths for purposes of taking a shower. There were 9 guests and there was not enough towels and face cloths for each guest. Other than that simple issue, the stay was outstanding and the residence was excellent for myself and the other 8 adults who stayed at the residence.

Perfect Location

The unit was clean, modern and updated. Location was great — on a quieter side street with easy access to the busier downtown. Communication was the Host was easy. Our family truly enjoyed our stay here!

Absolutely Beautiful!

Our family of five adults and two kids stayed here for a few days and this home is amazing, so clean and in a great location. The owner was very attentive and even sent us a listing of his favorite restaurants in the area. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for someplace close to all the main attractions but still want all the comforts of home.

Highly recommend-perfect place and amazing safe location in Logan Square

We stayed here for a wedding in Logan Square with a friend, my in laws, my husband and I and our 2 month old. From the beginning the communication with Michael was excellent. He was incredibly helpful and even provided a pack n play for our infant to sleep in. When we needed to add an extra day the process was incredibly easy. I cannot recommend this place enough. The aesthetic and design are really nicely done and we felt completely safe in the neighborhood. We walked everywhere with our infant and family from restaurants to breweries and of course to Target and some local shops. We absolutely loved the area. My husband even went running around the neighborhood by himself and felt totally safe. The check in and check out processes were both seamless and if we needed anything at all Michael was always available and helpful. I am a new mom and I forgot my breast milk in the freezer and he saw it pretty quickly after we left and drove it to the airport to meet us. You will not find a better host. My friend who is native to the Chicago area also recommended this area as safe and fun and she was totally right! I cannot say enough wonderful things just that you should book this place and explore the incredible food and drink scene this area has to offer. This was my best VRBO experience and we will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful Home

The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with free street parking. We were in town for Cubs vs Reds so it was a short ride to Wrigleyville via Uber/Lyft. The house is well stocked, and all the finishes are high end. Michael is a very thoughtful host. We were celebrating a birthday so he gifted us a bottle of wine, Highly recommend this house.

Perfect for us

We needed to stay in this neighborhood to deal with some family issues. It was a clean and comfortable haven. We were able to get together as a family.It was an excellent place to stay.
