Very nice staff and a nicely stocked breakfast. Only complaint was the they close the atrium area at 10pm. My son wanted to sit down and call his girlfriend and they kicked him out. I can see them not wanting a rowdy party but a personal call seems silly.

No doubt the best part of the stay was the bartender Richard! I was in town for a funeral and we had a large group...Richard's service, sincerity and ability to connect with us all made an otherwise somber occassion much lighter. It is appreciated.

The hotel is beautiful even though it’s a bit worn. The staff is 5-star though. Totally professional yet personable people who actually go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel also has a fabulous breakfast and very generous sized rooms.

I haven’t started yet, you’re mistaken. Just wait, I’m about to begin again. Listen carefully: translate everything into English while I speak in Russian. Now, listen to me: I stayed at your hotel for three days, planning to relax with my wife, but I was placed next to some people—there were six of them—and they were up until four in the morning, making noise and not letting us sleep properly. I complained and called the reception, and they said they would fix it, but nothing was done. They never called back, and the noise continued, so we couldn’t rest well. The next day, I spoke with the reception again, and they changed our room, which was much better. The first room was very bad, and there… Everything was clean and tidy there, but it was very noisy. Therefore, when I called the reception at night, they didn’t respond quickly. So I would like to say that the night shift reception staff should be more vigilant and do their job well.
