Room was dirty with stickiness everywhere. The room that we got was located right by the elevators so was impossible to sleep well with all the noises. We staying for 3 nights and the housekeeper never clean our room even after requested. The hotel however, is in a great location and the restaurant downstairs was awesome and the staff was super friendly. The lady that works at the front desk in the morning, was not kind at all, she was literally yelling guests " use the terminal to check out!!! Seems like she doesn't want to help anybody regardless of how much money they charge guest to stay at the Club Quarters. I will no recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. they need to focus in cleaning the rooms better and in better costumer approach from the front desk, folks, specially to the lady that yells to people.

Beware: Parking was sold to me by email link, quoted at $25. When I completed the transaction, I was charged $30. No one knew what to do. Parking was about 2 blocks away. Club Quarters offer small-ish room in prime business locations. Clean but furniture was banged up a bit. Aside from parking issue, it was great value for the money.
