Comfortable and convenient

We loved our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. There was plenty of street parking to make coming and going a breeze. The location was great. We could easily run to local parks. Demitri was very helpful and responsive when we had questions

The unit itself was excellent: spacious, clean, bright. The common area ( stairwell and vestibule) needed attention - a good vacuuming would help. Checking in after dark was a bit challenging ad there are multiple lock boxes on the exterior.

Quiet, pleasant apartment in a great location. You are just a couple of blocks from two train stops. The bed is comfortable, the K-cup coffee is well-stocked, the bed is comfy, the towels were nice, and Demetri responded quickly to my messages. I hope to stay here again!

Wonderful!!!

My daughter and I just returned from our stay in this lovely, bright apartment. The location is perfect! Located on a quiet street, but within easy access to restaurants, night spots and Grocery stores. This was my favorite stay of many over the years in Chicago! Street parking, gated courtyard, easy entry, and only one flight up - we couldn’t ask for more! The apartment has been impeccably remodeled with a large kitchen, nice bathroom and cool furnishings… the pictures you see are very accurate. Our host was readily available and very helpful! As much as I’d love to keep this hidden jewel to myself, it’s too good not to share!
