We were staying over night after a concert at PNC. I loved how close it was to the venue. My only gripe is about the pillows. They were soooooo thin. So if you like fluffy pillows and can bring your own, i would. I did not think to ask for additional pillows but 2 was still not really comfy.

OK stay but not the greatest

Once we arrived we had to go through a long waited process to get checked in by calling a number and it still took 20 minutes. When we got to the room i dropped something on the ground and noticed under the bed was a cigarette package and trash. The walls looked like they had stuff spilt on them and not cleaned. Ever time we walked into the hallway it spelt like Marijuana. The bed was so low to the ground.

Sleeper Beware!

The place doesn’t seemed to be manned at nights the window at the main desk was pulled down and a sign said use the Kiosk but I was unable to do so. I went downstairs to ask for some plastic ware and they had none. There is no continental breakfast!

Arrived at the Woodsprings Extended Stay for the races. Picked the room for full size fridge and stovetop. No dishes, pots or pans came with room. Had issues with the AC all days and nights of stay. It was 84° with the Air on High. Reported the issues to Management-Brandon & Tasha. There was No empathy or reconciliation to correct the issue. Requested extra towels and washcloths, which was met with attitude and resistance. Basically Management Brandon was consistently rude, snapping & unprofessional. Would Not recommend this establishment to others. Horrible Stay!!!!

It’s a $hithole

Horrible experience. There is a metal box frame for the bed and anytime I’d roll over it would make a super loud noise waking the whole family all night. The room was poorly stocked. No hair dryer, no utensils, one place setting. It was sooo bad we checked out 4 days early. And then getting ahold of manager was hard bc the front desk guy was rude and a dick. So was another person on the switchboard in TX which is where your call goes after hours. The only person of any worth was Tasha at the front desk. I hope she leaves and works for a better place because she is well above that $hithole.
