I stay at this location from time to time when I am in town for work. Responsiveness of staff via the after hours kiosk has improved with each stay. The cleanliness of my room was decent, however this time I found several hairs on the desk where the caulk joins the TV stand. The couple in a room beside me argued, yelled, and screamed all night. The room on the otherside had a dog, which was well behaved and not loud or constantly barking. The constant smell of marijuana in the lobby and common areas is overbearing. Overall, great value for the price but hope that the facility doesn't fall into the same state as other entities close by that have become a dump.

The Kiosk check in was unique but efficient. The room and bathroom was clean. I like that the establishment is pet friendly. I traveled with family and it was ok. Only thing is that you to take out your own trash and there is no cleaning service unless you stay after 14 days. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The rest of the place (entrance, hallways, elevator badly needed to be vacuumed and some trash picked up. The lack of an office and the check-in being totally virtual were a first for me and a bit challenging although the woman who did it possibly was working in India and was very patient.
