Amazing staff. Check in was a breeze and had no issues at all. Room was very clean and comfortable. It served its purpose well as a relaxing place to sleep after a long day of exploring the area. I traveled with my son, a 2 year old who was extremely excited to go swimming in the pool. After dressing him in his swim attire and taking him down to the pool all excited, we found it was closed. I learned that despite what online said about the pool closing at 10pm, front desk staff informed me it actually closed at 8 (perhaps 9? I cannot remember). This was my only negative about the stay. I think staff should make clear to their guests upon checking in. Bar was only open for a small window of time and the drinks were priced the typical markup hotels tend to place. Ice machines available worked great and the elevators were very quick and accessible. Overhaul I would highly recommend this place to anyone! It’s a great central area, close to everything.

Incredible!

We stayed in a King room. The bed was soft, but firm enough for a wonderfully solid night of sleep. The pillows were comfortable, the duvet and the cover were fresh and clean. The lounge sofa was large and comfortable enough to sleep on. The bathroom was very modern and stylish with clean towels, a very clean shower and a mirror that you could connect your phone to, to play music. We loved our stay here! We will be back - and hopefully to stay in that same room!
