There were stains on the curtain. There was a smell in the room. The the shower was dirty. There was no toilet paper. The floor was sticky and there were hairs in the bed. I’m equally upset because I used Expedia. I could not immediately get a refund even though we left the hotel as quickly as we could get back in the car.
