Everything was good the only complaint I would have was the eggs served at breakfast were horrible no matter which way the were served other then that everything else was good we liked the selection place was kept clean

Overall good hotel experience...............................................

The location is good, near the bridge to downtown Charleston. Everything about this hotel is standard fare for a hampton inn except the breakfast. It is provided in a room about 8 feet wide by 10 feet deep. It was always overcrowded and the selections were poor, more like what you would expect at a cheap hotel. I preferred to drive a mile to a Hardee's for breakfast both mornings I was there. For $140/night, they should offer more.

In general the hotel had some good points. Good location. Friendly staff. New furnishing. The breakfast was adequate but not extremely diverse which is probably a good thing for weight management. Coffee service area was kept clean. Only problem was I asked for a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room. I at least expect an apology when this happens assuming it was their only option.

Nice facility ... clean, comfortable, easy drive to downtown "C" Town ... NOT at Patriot's Point but across & up the street ... shopping close by ... standard quick/ buffet breakfast but certainly acceptable ... a lot better pricing than downtown.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location near restaurants and shopping. Wonderful staff. A very nice stay!

The carpet was sticky and I felt like I could not let my baby crawl on the floor. The lady at the front desk was very rude. My check in time was at 4pm, however when I got there at 4pm the room was still not ready for me to go in to so they put me in a different room. Not professional. The cleaning lady just let herself into my room while I was in the room!!

Famil trip. Hotel location allowed easy access to downtown Charleston and local beaches. I would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the nicest hotels. We have stayed in... The staff, accommodations, and amenities were above the required. Happy and helpful staff. I would recommend this motel/hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a step above the ordinary place.

Rates were too high for a basic Hampton. Hampton Inns are consistently quality but they jacked the rates up for a weekend in January. Would not recommend with weekend rate. Would recommend with weekday rate.

We stayed for 5 days on our Honeymoon. Staff was awesome! Very clean and well maintained. Perfect location, quick drive to Charleston, Patriots Point and all beaches. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here with my mom and young daughter one night for a trip to Charleston to pick up my car (being shipped back from an overseas tour in Germany). The hotel was perfect for the rate, and I would stay here again, even for leisure travel. Across the bridge from Charleston, but still looked like a neat area to explore. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in an amazing location. Far enough from the hustle of downtown, but close enough to ride a bike to it! The cooper bridge in the background and Yorktowne in your backyard. What else do you need?

Nice convienent location and friendly courteous staff, just what you would expect from Hamilton Inn. Thanks.

The hotel was very convenient to all the historic sites we were interested in seeing, yet away from the crowded areas. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the breakfast was more than we expected. We will definitely use this hotel on our next visit.

We asked for a king non-smoking, and got two double beds instead. Not terrible, but disappointing. I also missed the "pet friendly" designation - which I usually avoid. So, breakfast was shared in the lobby with a few yappy small dogs - cute to their owners, but a nuisance to others when trying to get food and talk. The towels were not replenished, but, fortunately, we had just enough to make do the next day. The location is ideal, however, so that made up for alot. Overall, not a great choice or value.

The hotel was one of the best 'budget' hotels we have used. There was only one issue and that was that the hotel location was not visible from the highway so we spent 45 minutes looking for it in the middle of the night. Get good directions. That said the place was very nice and, when found, in a great location to explore both Charleston, Patriots Point, and Mt. Pleasant.

Overall experience was OK however the breakfeast buffet needs to be reorganized. Room with food was way too small. People kept running into one another because of its layout. One morning they could not keep up with the refills and people's patience was running short.

Very easy to find anything in Charleston from this hotel. It is SO EASY to get on and off the bridge from here that it feels like you are practically downtown. Breakfast was great. There were two large groups staying in our hotel and the noise was not an issue at all. Love the renovated rooms

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Our room was clean and a great value for the price.
