This was the best all inclusive repeat I’ve ever visited. The food was phenomenal for all inclusive. The scuba diving was on site and PADI certified charters. The DJ situation needed a little improvement but nonetheless satisfactory. The staff was friendly and fun. This is now my flagship resort and I can’t find better for the price

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The view was beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. However, the beach was disappointing because the water was very dirty, so we could only swim in the pool. We also faced some issues with restaurant reservations. Overall, it was still a good experience.

The staff here are the best part. The service is excellent. But I feel like this is more of a four star resort, not a five star resort. Also know that July through November the ocean in Cancun is not pleasant. The seaweed makes the ocean not ideal and makes the air quite smelly. I would stay at this resort again, but I would definitely go the first six months of the year so that you can actually enjoy the ocean and the air.

Clean room, quite resort and semi-dexent food options! We had two great experience at their restaurants and 2 ok!! Spice - the Asian restaurant was amazing!! Chez Isabella had small portions and few options but overall experience was great!! Had a little hiccup with pre-booked massage service at the end which took up 20 min or so to resolve and I had airport taxi waiting. So that last hicup was annoying and nothing to do with us on our! It was lack of communication on the cancellation.
