The front desk (Joyce and her coworker who wears glasses) helped to resolve the issue that my booking of two queen beds became a king size bed in the hotel system. It took some time but Joyce and her coworker eventually helped resolving it.

The room is nice and so is the young person whom which graduated from Yale covering every angle on Sunday nights. Aside from that, BEWARE of parking, organization, diligence, overall competence of desk/management. We valeted our rental car as we all know Charles street is a nightmare. The hotel, “has no control and has nothing to do,” with the valet even though the convenient VALET cone sits gingerly in front of the front doors. Our RENTAL car was stuck on a freight elevator, no answers for over an hour just stuck sitting. With no coordination and being told to sit tight and pray until 5:15pm, the car magically arrived. We got about .25 miles away and received another call by the hotel asking if we found the valet key ring!! ABSOLUTE DISASTER do not pay or park there, quite frankly even though the hotel Is nice nothing worth this chaos. I had to pay for a half a** coffee amidst this chaos. Zero ownership for errors, BEWARE!!

The service of the room was shockingly poor. The first night our room was not serviced until almost 5PM. The second night after asking for the room to be cleaned, they left the remains of room service food in the room, with the trash cans also full. We had to ask if we needed to clear the trash ourselves. Any other hotel, I would not have been surprised. But a hotel at this caliber? I was disappointed to say the least.

We stayed on 9/5 thru 9/8. On 9/7, it rained and the ceiling and walls in our room started leaking. I reported this issue at the front desk as we were heading out for the day and the assured me they would find us another room, which they did. The only problem is the room was a downgrade from what I paid for and no one ever contacted me about making that situation right.
