Amenities were non discript. Continental breakfast was a joke. No snack machines. Parking was $8 a day for outside parking and $12 for covered. Only good things were comfortable beds and good quiet ac/heat.

The low rating is due to the room temperature issues. When we first checked in, the heater wasn’t working, and the room was around 65°F. The staff moved us to another room, but this one had the opposite problem—the heat was blasting with no way to adjust it. Around midnight, a staff member came in and set the A/C to cool things down—quite unusual for mid-December. This was the only way to make the temperature bearable since the heater wouldn’t turn off. Unfortunately, our sleep was very poor. It’s a shame because the room itself was clean.... next time, please offer at least a discount when your guests need to call the helpdesk at midnight.

If possible, pay a few more dollars for a better stay ELSEWHERE!! We were welcomed by the front desk staff saying we were 30 minutes too early for 3 p.m. check-in. Extra $5-8 charge for parking and $25 key card replacement (didn't use) which wasn't noted online/paperwork. Foul odor both in room and common areas. Breakfast included another guest taking a bagful of creamers. Looked as if a few folks were staying there for longer periods.
