Excellent property in an ideal location for a majority of Boston attractions. We were able to walk to most areas, taking Ubers and the subway to others. Our room had a view of the bay, providing a peaceful stay.

Staff was very professional. The bed was nice. The "rainfall" shower head was awesome. Proximity to Boston's North End was great. Valet parking was great. Hot chocolate station and hot apple cider & donuts in the lobby was a nice seasonal touch. Bartender was friendly for a nightcap. The room/bathroom configuration is a little weird, bathroom is separated from the bed by a sliding barn door, looks kind of cool but there's no privacy when using the bathroom. The mini fridge was missing from the room. Some of the outlets in the room were damaged and didn't work for our phone chargers. The hotel was experiencing flooding in some rooms due to heavy snow. The room across the hallway was being worked on for flood damage and workers & dryers were noisy. When we were packing up for checkout we realized a corner of our own room was wet from flooding, it had soaked through my luggage and my clothes were wet.

Another great stay at the Battery Wharf Hotel! Everything was wonderful - from the hot mulled cider in the lobby to the quiet and comfortable room to the friendly & helpful staff. The staff was friendly and the property was nice all with a really great location in the city. We arrived and with my Hotels.com status I was eligible for a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a suite in the front building. The extra space was nice and the room had some great ammenities - iron in the room, robes, coffee machine, etc. Valet was also quick when I requested my car and extremely helpful with bags when we arrived. We did not go to the spa or gym, but I have been previously and they are great!

The atmosphere is of an old and tired hotel. No people around. Restaurant and bar empty. Spa is in a different building likewise the gym. The Spa is good only for treatments and is missing a pool. Gym with outdated equipments. There are room at the ground floor as the Motel.

The view was amazing , we caught the most beautiful sunrise. We had a great stay with the help of Makayla who was brilliant. Right in the neighbourhood of the north end . Easy reach to fanuel hall and great food and drink .
