Well sadly the hot tub was down. And when I went to the pool was a bunch of kids playing in it, I told the front desk and the guy there didn't seem to care. So that was a bit off putting. Also the pool and the area was freezing. I was expecting it to be a bit warmer. The room itself wasn't bad. The pillows and the bed sucked, but that is hotels for you.

Shower wasn't clean. Front desk polite but couldn't initially find my reservation because I got there on Sat and someone had checked me in on Friday. They required me to pay for Friday even when I didnt need the room until Saturday. No matter how many times I tried to get this fixed the hotel nor Expedia wanted to take care of a customer.
