They did not have a clean room to fill our reservation
There was no air conditioning. Lights in halls or rooms. Deadbolt was broken
This is a hotel. The door to the room will not latch or close properly and they refused to do anything about it
Checked in at 930pm and room was unmade. Was switched to a different room and lights did not work because electrical outlet was broken.
Very poor housekeeping. Only 1 washcloth for a 2 person room--told by front desk that is all we get. No floor mat for stepping out of the shower. Someone else's long hair still in the shower. Ran out of tissue paper and toilet paper the first day--no replacement during the day, went to desk and got a roll of toilet paper and tissue paper but told tissue paper was on back order. Couldn't get any clean towels or washcloths for the second day. Phone in room did not work. I will never stay in this Day's Inn again or reccommend it to anyone else.
Great place, did alot of renovations and it looks great, very friendly staff! Clean rooms a little more tlc to the patio area off the room and finish hot tub and it would of been perfect.
Secuity - the doors didn't shut. Cleanliness - room not cleaned; towels dirty; Property - floors uneven; holes in walls, ceiling and tile. Lights didn't turn on in bathroom. No coffee provide - yes they have a coffee pot, but won't give you coffee. No shampoo - yes they have cream rince; No soap. At the desk they are helpful; they tell you like it is - Nope we don't have soap, nope we don't have coffee; thank you for telling us your light does not work. Picture this, boy locked in hallway with his dog, because the door won't open because the door does not fit in the door frame. Now see maintenance guy shuttling down the hallway with a crowbar.... enough said. Don't stay here.

Seriously unsafe conditions and the customer service was real bad. Infestations of bugs, (I have video of them crawling on the table and fridge). I dont complain about anything really, but this place is way out of line. Bad enough that myself and 2 other guests called the police to get our money back because the front desk refused to refund us. This place is hands down a health risk, and people need to be aware before staying there.

Price included breakfast but there was no breakfast, not even any coffee. Price of room should be adjusted.
Completely disgusting! Uninhabitable! Blood on the floor of our room and not clean at all! Dilapidated dirty nasty smelly!
I guess it’s what I should have expected given the rate I paid. Very old hotel that needs updating. You walk in and the whole hotel smells of smoke. The carpet looks like from the 60’s☹️. No breakfast ( I know it’s a covid thing) but still...The room was decent size but many lights didn’t work, old bath tub jacuzzi inoperable, shower tub all discolored and poor water pressure, and let’s not forget cigar burns on the blanket 😡. I was worried about bed being infested but luckily didn’t wake up with bed bites. This is a case of buyer beware
