Alberta in the breakfast area was such a sweet and kind person. Really appreciated her during my stay. She and the other young man who was there one of the two days treated us like family. Really loved the excellent service. I would stay here again a thousand times over.

I appreciated the relative lack of little plastic bottles of toiletries. I would have preferred they be unscented but I should have brought my own so that's on me. The staff were all wonderful without exception, especially the breakfast staff, with whom we had the most contact. I learned on the last day that my sons, who were on the floor above ours, had a recycling bin in their room. We did not, and I missed that every day. Also the extensive use of plastic, non-recyclable breakfast plates and cutler was unconscionable. One menu item I would have liked is tiny muffins in a variety of flavors like lemon poppyseed, chocolate chip, and blueberry. I also would have liked fresh (unsweetened) berries (I understand they are expensive these days though) and plain yogurt without all the fillers that the Dannon yogurt has. Thanks for listening!
