Great location very close to Dam Square and transportation, 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal. Continental breakfast is very good. The room is clean and quiet. Compare to it’s counterpart in US, it’s a little better especially the continental breakfast.

Location, location, location!

Awesome location in the center of town. Breakfast was good and served until 10:30. Room was small but adequate. Daily housekeeping was also very good.

The hotel was exceptionally clean & its location of 1 minute walk to Dam Square & the Palace was brilliant. All the expected attractions spread out from Dam Square making the choice of visiting other locations on foot so easy. The staff at the hotel remained low key yet accessible at all times. The hotel was very clean & the continental breakfast was lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel for it location & facilities.

Clean, air-conditioned hotel with a very good continental breakfast. Located very close to the Dam Square area, which is incredibly crowded at almost all times. Within a short walk of Amsterdam Central Station and tram and metro stops.

A decent three-star hotel with a great location. It's situated in a historic building that captures the character of the city. The decor is minimalistic, but the place is very clean. Too Expensive for what you get!

I have always had good experiences with Best Western, but this hotel is run down and needs a major remodel. Much of the room's furniture needed to be dusted. Bathroom cleanliness was average. The room was tiny and the bathroom reminded me of a ship's bathroom. The shower was so tiny I think many people would not be able to fit in it. It also leaked and flooded the floor while showering. The location of this hotel was the plus. It is just a short walk to the train station, so it was convenient. The included breakfast was exactly the same every day. We stayed eight days so we got sick of eating the same thing: cereal, juice, yogurt, bread, and cold cuts. We paid the most for this hotel than any we have stayed at on any of our trips. The rate was over $300 nightly. Because the USD is weak now, that amount went up to close to $400 nightly.
