Biggest issue with this hotel was the guarantee of the room by 3 pm and that didn’t happen… and the employee then being rude about it. Great view from the family apartment (529). Great location.

My family and I stayed here we had three different rooms there was eight of us in total. Everything was exceptional. The check-in was flawless and easy during our stay the staff were professional and beyond helpful happy and inviting. The breakfast was really delicious very well presented lots to choose from. I believe her name is.SRI I hope I got that right was really a beautiful person just really helpful and professional. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is in the really best location close walking distance to everything!

I stayed here for one week and the accommodations were great. Staff were extremely friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the location of the hotel couldn’t be better. There were many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel breakfast was delicious and had many options. My mother is disabled and they accommodated her scooter and had an elevator for her convenience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The NH Hotel Amsterdam Central is well situated. The tram stop is just a couple of streets away, with easy access to Centraal Station, the main museums (Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh, etc.). There are various restaurants around the hotel1. The rooms are clean and the service staff is very helpful.

This hotel takes care of their VIP members. I was offered early check in free of charge, and was surprised with an apple pie + birthday card on the day of my birthday (didn’t even have to mention it to them). They always have somebody at the desk, and the location is impeccable. You are in the city centre, and is close to everything. This hotel made our trip :)

Location: Convenient location. Close to restaurants, shopping, sights, public transportation. Easy to get to from and to the airport. Hotel: All common areas very clean. My room was pristine. I enjoyed the water and candy station in the lobby. I also loved the hotel’s eco friendly initiatives. Staff: All were very friendly. Paid lots of attention to details. Acknowledged a special occasion without me bringing it to their attention. Accommodated my requests. Food: The daily breakfast is worth it! Great selection of food and beverages, cold and hot. The food was fresh and replenished often. The omelette station with the sides was my favorite. Standout team members: Maria at check-in was awesome! She took care of everything quickly and with a smile. She informed me when my room was ready and followed up with me after I checked into my room to ensure all was good. Also a standout, the team member at the omelette station. Unfortunately I didn’t capture her name but she had short red hair. She was lovely, making casual conversation with all the guests and smiling, while making our eggs to order. Overall: I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and had a great experience while there.
