My biggest complaint? This non smoking room reeked of smoke. That’s an immediate downgrade. I would’ve requested another room but just too tired to deal with it after being on the road all day. The room was spacious and clean except top shelf of tv stand; (crumbs, wrapper). A minor quibble. Another minor quibble: no guide for the tv. Just wanted to watch news. Changed input to cable tv. But tv guide button didn’t bring up guide. Not going to waste time repeatedly pressing channel button. I can watch news on iPad. If not for the smoke smell, I would’ve rated this 5 stars.

Understand what you are booking and it will be just fine. The staff was very friendly and everything appeared to be clean. The hotel is older and could use some refurbishing. It is just really showing its age. There was also a strange smell coming from the kitchen area. However for the money it was worth it.
