When we arrived we were told that the elevator was broken. Permanently broken. We were asked if we still wanted to stay. We said yes as we thought it would be okay. The room was okay. Some of the lamps did not work. The AC unit was loud. We found hair in the freezer and there were was no bath mat, no shampoo, and the couch had a huge stain on it. Also, the pool and jacuzzi were permanently closed. The breakfast was subpar as well.

My biggest complaint? This non smoking room reeked of smoke. That’s an immediate downgrade. I would’ve requested another room but just too tired to deal with it after being on the road all day. The room was spacious and clean except top shelf of tv stand; (crumbs, wrapper). A minor quibble. Another minor quibble: no guide for the tv. Just wanted to watch news. Changed input to cable tv. But tv guide button didn’t bring up guide. Not going to waste time repeatedly pressing channel button. I can watch news on iPad. If not for the smoke smell, I would’ve rated this 5 stars.
