"Comentarios y áreas de mejora Las barras necesitan un poco más de limpieza y el personal requiere mayor entrenamiento en la preparación de bebidas. Pedimos unos mojitos y sabían a agua. También pedimos una mimosa y sabía a agua mineral. Considero que deberían mejorar tanto la preparación como la calidad de las bebidas. En los bufets, los meseros necesitan más entrenamiento en atención al cliente. No demuestran suficiente cortesía y, en algunas ocasiones, dejan lo que uno ordena de una manera poco apropiada. También sería importante mejorar la calidad de los jugos, especialmente los de zanahoria y naranja. En una ocasión ordené toallas y me respondieron: “Míralas, agárralas tú”. Considero que esa no es una manera adecuada de atender a un huésped. Las tiendas de ropa y las áreas de artesanías también tienen un servicio pésimo. No me permitían mirar tranquilamente para ver si encontraba algo que necesitara. Cada vez que tocaba alguna prenda me preguntaban inmediatamente: “¿Qué talla busca?”. No me daban oportunidad de observar los modelos, verlos con tranquilidad y decidir si me gustaban o no. Me sentí muy incómoda y acosada por la manera en que me estaban atendiendo. Además, posteriormente dos de las empleadas me pidieron que, por favor, les llevara unos tacos porque ellas no tenían permitido salir.
