"We stayed 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once. I was told there were too many rooms occupied, we were in the room when cleaning staff came to do the room (not true), we saw the housekeeping staff outside our room yesterday and asked if she could clean it, response was yes. We left the hotel for 45 mins to allow cleaning. We returned the cleaning staff had gone, our room still unclean, no beds made. Spoke to reception again, they would look into it. Very frustrating. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN
